Listen, sister. I'm here to tell you that your season of life is a beautiful thing and you can remember it for all the beauty that it is if you've got an ally behind the camera highlighting all your good angles.
And me? I'm that random girl you hand your iPhone to for a quick photo who takes a thousand pictures at every angle and gets you your new profile pic. Imagine what I can do for you with my trusty camera, some pretty light, and a whole session ahead of us.
Us girls have got to look out for each other: in sketchy parking lots, in bathrooms at the bar, and in front of the camera. I'm not gonna let you look silly, I solemnly swear.

I know that for most people, photos are intimidating. In my experience, men typically don't love to be in front of the camera, but you want to know what they do love? YOU! Their love for you will get them to the session, I'll take care of the rest. They'll be climbing back into the car after it's over saying, "that was actually really fun!" and though I won't be there, you and I will be high-fiving in spirit.

Kids bring so much life to your session, and it's important that along with everyone else, they have a good time, too! They usually have the BEST experience when they get treated to pizza after the session with mom + dad. It's a memory they'll cherish forever, and have the images to look back on, too.

Have you ever had that experience where you've paid for photos and you get back these beautiful images that you think you look terrible in? I have, and it's the WORST. Because on one hand you cherish these photos, but on the other...like do you really look like that? We end up posting them because...well, shouldn't we? But we hope nobody is looking too closely.

Like Marie Kondo says, you should have things in your life that spark joy, and I think that goes for the the photos in your camera roll, in the hallways of your house and on your Instagram feed, don't you?

About an hour before the scheduled sunset, when the sunlight is at its dreamiest, we'll meet at a location of your choosing and begin our session. The first five minutes will feel weird, so we'll start with some simple walking poses just to get loosened up, but trust me sister, once I turn my camera around to show you how FIRE you look, all that weirdness will disappear.

Nobody is born knowing how to pose themselves in front of a camera, so I'll coach you step-by-step into poses that look natural and enchanting. If you're like me, "candid" photos aren't very cute. Often if you catch me laughing hysterically, I've got double chins for days. That's why I coach you into poses that look totally natural, but that will highlight all your best angles.

After you've submitted your form, I'll get back to you within 48 hours. I'll ask you when you'd like to schedule your session and once we decide on a date, you'll save your spot with me by way of a deposit. Once you put a portion of your session fee down, nobody else can have your date and time – it's all yours.
