Ohhhh my gosh

I cannot WAIT to show you guys a sneak peek of this family session! The Cooluris family is so near and dear to my heart and their story is nothing short of miraculous. You probably recognize these two from their maternity session back in February. After trying and trying for a baby, and finally deciding that they were going to move ahead with IVF Jennifer found out she was pregnant…with twins. These little girlies are our community’s modern day miracle and I was honored to get to take their first official family session photos.

I’ve known Jennifer for years. We’re talking like pre-braces, during braces, after braces and beyond, okay? This session was so special for everyone and we had a blast oogling over these two precious babes. Check out a sneak peek of their family beach session:

I want you to know…

If you’re struggling getting pregnant and/or staying pregnant, I want you to know that you’re not alone, and your story is one worthy of love and attention, too. Sometimes it can be hard to rejoice with those who are rejoicing when things have been so dismal and hard in your own life. Just know that while I am rejoicing with Jennifer, I am also holding space for you. These photos represent my dear friend’s mountaintop moment. Don’t forget that we’ve all found ourselves in the valleys, we just don’t often share those with the online world. Take heart, friend, your story isn’t over yet, and even if it doesn’t turn out the way you hope it will, that doesn’t mean it won’t be beautiful.
