There are moments in life that force us to take a step back in awe and wonder at what God is doing. Sometimes those moments are significant life events, and other times, they’re unassuming – like all of a sudden the heavens open and a knowing comes over us, a sense of clarity and epiphany, a sort of “holy-shit-this-is-really-happening” kind of light bulb moment. I don’t often have those moments while watching other people’s lives unfold, but Jennifer and Kiel are my exception.

Jen and Kiel were always open about their fertility journey. It was taking much longer than they’d hoped and they were starting to think that the only way it was going to happen was through something a little more scientific. Just before they were about to begin IVF, Jennifer found out she was pregnant, and what’s more, she found out she was pregnant with twins!

As with all pregnancies and maternity sessions, I am continuing to pray for the health of mama and babies, and invite you – if you’re a praying person – to do the same! I can’t wait to meet these long-awaited little girls but until then, here is a little sneak peek of Jennifer and Kiel’s maternity session!
